A production area and a warehouse complex of the company are located in Vladimir city (180 km from Moscow). There is also a test lab on creation of flavour compositions. Experienced technologists trained abroad use their knowledge for new developments, which are of constant demand by our clients. Modern foreign equipment makes it possible to manufacture products of different volumes meeting individual requirements of even small companies. Thus, the minimum batch makes up 25 kg and the maximum one reaches 1700 kg.

     The production process itself works on the principle of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The quality management system worked through years, guarantees stable quality of manufactured products: the history of a batch can be followed from ingredients used for production to packaging materials. Our workers conduct audits of raw materials’ suppliers personally. Repeated audits of either Russian and multinational companies makes Green Leaf a reliable company in terms of production and quality issues. Our company is one of the first in Russia to get products safety certificate HACCP. All company products are GMO-free.

      The innovative centre specialized on meat and fish developments, was opened in Moscow in 2008.
